How do I order?

We take orders in person at your school and online at We accept orders on the physical order form at school, mailed or brought into one of our 2 locations, or online at

How do I get my order?

We will have a DELIVERY DAY set with your school to collect any $ balance due and YOUR ORDER WILL BE HANDED OUT.   Our products are CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED.  We are there to make sure the spelling is correct and that you are setup to look your best on GRADUATION DAY!

What about money required and payments?

You only need a minimum deposit to start your Graduation Order and Ring Order and can make interest-free payments – ASK US about the details!  We do not send “invoices” but you will have the order receipt to reference the order number and can make payments online, by mail, at school, or in one of our offices.


Herff Jones is a national company, we are the local office of HJ Reps that are on your campus many times throughout the school year to help with your orders. We provide information, communicate through your school email and mail, take orders and deliver orders to you at your school. Your school trusts us, you can too!
