Most Senior Graduations have now happened…but not all, with a few more scheduled throughout June and July. We are working on Class Rings and finishing up all customer order details.
Due to Covid19 Ordinances and safety laws/guidelines/mandates we are CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC ENTERING OUR OFFICES. We are allowing some customer “curb-side” service BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. APPOINTMENTS ARE ARRANGED BY EMAILING OFFICE@GRADTOGO.COM. If you email us, please do so only once. We are only at 50% staffing still so it may take a day or two to reply – every email has been and will be replied to. In your EMAIL SUBJECT LINE put SCHOOL / STUDENT NAME / and Product or Question to help us answer you faster.
TO PAY OFF YOUR BALANCE – You need your ORDER # and $AMOUNT DUE. This can be found on your receipt or email us at email@example.com and PUT IN THE SUBJECT LINE: SCHOOL AND STUDENT. Please notify us when you’ve made the final payment for your ring so we can connect with you about shipping it asap to you.
Items that are dated, custom-fit ordered to your size or quantity (cap and gown is ordered to your height/weight, tassel with yeardate), personalized spelling, worn or otherwise customized cannot be returned/cancelled/adjusted.
